However, it is possible that technical difficulties and internet issues may arise that affect Apple Towing Co. | Apple Auctioneering Co.'s website, bidding platform, computer, server or the bidder's computer, personal device or software which is beyond the control of Apple Towing Co. | Apple Auctioneering Co. By registering Bidder acknowledges that Apple Towing Co. | Apple Auctioneering Co. is not responsible for technical difficulties or internet issues associated with a bid and that, in the event technical difficulties interfere with or prevent a bid, it may be necessary to withdraw items from bidding due to technical errors or uncontrollable circumstances. Further, in the event of the occurrence of a technical difficulty during an auction, Apple Towing Co. | Apple Auctioneering Co. in its sole discretion reserves the right to declare an item sold, postpone or cancel the auction, extend the bidding time for this auction (which may re-open bidding on closed items, if any), accept absentee bids, and/or re-list the property for auction at another date and time. Absentee "Max Bids Only" Form: The following method of accepting absentee max bids for assets affected by a transmission issue may be utilized by Apple Towing Co. | Apple Auctioneering Co at our sole discretion as a contingency plan.

 

By utilizing this form, bidder affirms:

I request that Apple Towing Co. | Apple Auctioneering Co. enters bids on the lots submitted up to the maximum price I have indicated for each lot. I understand that by submitting this bid, I have entered into a bidding contract to purchase the individual lots, if my bid is successful. I understand that if my bid is successful, I will be obligated to pay the purchase price. I understand that Apple Towing Co. | Apple Auctioneering Co. executes absentee bids as a convenience for bidders, and is not responsible for inadvertently failing to execute bids or for errors relating to execution of bids, including computer-related errors. On my behalf, Apple Towing Co. | Apple Auctioneering Co. will try to purchase these lots for the lowest possible price, taking into account the reserve and other bids. If identical absentee bids are left, Apple Towing Co. | Apple Auctioneering Co. will give precedence to the first one received. If no additional competing bids are received on a particular lot, then the maximum bid price will be considered as the high bid. All bids must be received by specified date and time below. All successful bids are subject to the Terms & Conditions of sale and limited to the items available in the below catalog, which I have had the opportunity to review.
